We take great pride in the support that we provide and our goal is to do so quickly (in response time) and effectively. We strive for a 24 hour response time and carry many of the most common parts to ensure we are able to get you back to full production.
OUR APPROACH:
PLANNED MAINTENANCE: This service offering is designed to keep your equipment in optimal working condition while maximizing your uptime and OEE values. Offering a variety of programs that range from basic cleaning and checkup to complete inclusive (all parts, labour and travel) included options. We know that every company is different , which is why we offer a variety of plans and are happy to tailor a planned maintenance program specifically to meet your needs.
AS NEEDED SERVICE: This is our Break Fix service offering. We realize that a Planned Maintenance offering may not be possible or wanted for a variety of reasons and we are happy to provide service and support on an as needed basis. No need to feel locked-in or restricted, simply give us a call or request service online and we will be happy to provide support.
MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT: Our team is fully engaged in pursuit of keeping your operations running smoothly without interruptions. From training team members to developing an effective spare parts program to developing a predictive maintenance program and helping implement an internal feedback loop amongst team members.
